Why Work With Me?

Extensive Professional Training and Ethical Practice

I am a certified practitioner of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), NLP Coaching, Time Line Therapy®, with ongoing advanced training toward master practitioner certification in NLP. I am a member of the American Board of NLP, the American Board of Hypnosis, and the Time Line Therapy® Association, and I work within established ethical and professional standards. I also hold a master's degree in social welfare (MSW) and a master's degree in public health (MPH) from the University of California, Berkeley, which informs my grounded, whole-person approach to wellbeing, behavior change, and resilience.

Practical, Results-Oriented Tools

I use evidence-informed tools to help clients shift limiting beliefs, regulate emotions, improve confidence and performance, and feel more empowered in their daily lives. These approaches, which include hypnosis and NLP, often work more quickly and with less effort than traditional talk therapy because they engage the unconscious and nervous system directly, allowing meaningful change to occur in just a few focused sessions. They are the same methods I have successfully applied in my own recovery and personal development.

Mindset Shifts That Build Confidence, Clarity, and Resilience

Drawing on both professional training and lived experience, I primarily work with women in midlife who want to feel more confident, grounded, and resilient as they navigate midlife transitions, career shifts, changing family roles, or health challenges. Using hypnosis, NLP, and coaching-based approaches, I help clients identify and shift unhelpful patterns that affect confidence, decision-making, and day-to-day resilience, supporting them to move forward with greater self-trust during this stage of life. Unlike some hypnotherapy practitioners, I create fully tailored hypnosis sessions for each client, designed around their individual goals, values, and the realities of midlife.

Lived Experience of Mind-Body Healing

I personally recovered from a debilitating chronic health condition involving severe fatigue, pain, and persistent symptom fixation that began when I became seriously ill at the age of 50, using mind–body approaches including NLP, Time Line Therapy®, and hypnosis. This lived experience allows me to work with genuine empathy and credibility when supporting women in midlife who are grappling with low self-confidence, fear, anxiety, and invisible or stress-related health challenges.
